CANCELLATION BY LICENSEE PRIOR TO FEE PERIOD. Licensee may cancel a reservation for a bed space and meal plan by giving written notice to the University. Written notifications received by the Student Housing Office by Monday, December 21, 2015 are refundable less a non-refundable $25 service charge. Cancellations requested after Monday, December 21, 2015, but prior to Thursday, January 21, 2016, will be considered only if the University has a replacement resident and can substitute the new resident without incurring financial loss.
