Common use of Cancellation by the Issuer Clause in Contracts

Cancellation by the Issuer. if the Issuer or any of its subsidiaries purchases any Notes that are to be cancelled in accordance with the Conditions, the Issuer shall forthwith cancel them or procure their cancellation, inform the Principal Paying Agent or the Registrar, as the case may be, and send them (if in definitive bearer form) to the Principal Paying Agent.

Cancellation by the Issuer. if If the Issuer or any of its subsidiaries a Guarantor purchases any Notes that are to be cancelled in accordance with the Conditions, the Issuer or such Guarantor, as the case may be, shall forthwith cancel them or procure their cancellation, cancellation and inform the Principal Paying Agent or the Registrar, as the case may be, and send them (if in definitive bearer form) to the Principal Paying Agent.
