Cancellation and Records. 11.01 Each Registrar shall maintain, in relation to the portion of each Series of Registered Covered Bonds in relation to which it is appointed as registrar and authenticated the relevant Covered Bonds, a central securities register at any place outside the United Kingdom (collectively, the “Register”), which shall be kept in accordance with the Conditions applicable to such Series of Registered Covered Bonds and the Regulations. The Register shall show the aggregate principal amount and date of issue of each Tranche comprising the relevant Series of Registered Covered Bonds, the names, alphabetically arranged, and latest known addresses of the initial Holders thereof and the dates and particulars of all issues and transfers to, and the names, alphabetically arranged, and latest known addresses of, all subsequent Holders thereof. The Register should also record details of all repurchases and cancellations of Registered Covered Bonds, instalment payments, redemptions and payments of any amounts in Registered Covered Bonds. In the case of Registered Global Covered Bonds held under the NSS, the European Registrar shall instruct the ICSDs to make any appropriate entries in their records to reflect the information contained in the Register, including any payment, exchange, redemption and cancellation.

Each Register shall show the aggregate principal amount and date of issue of each Tranche comprising the relevant Series of Registered Notes, the names and addresses of the initial Holders thereof and the dates of all transfers to, and the names and addresses of, all subsequent Holders thereof.

The Registrar shall at all reasonable times during office hours make the Register available to the Issuer, the Trustee and the Paying Agents or any person authorised by any of them for inspection and for the taking of copies thereof or extracts therefrom and the Registrar shall deliver to such persons all such lists of Holders of Registered Notes, their addresses and holdings as they may request.

The Registrar shall further, in relation to each Series of Registered Instruments the terms and conditions applicable to which provide that the rate of interest or redemption amount or any calculation applicable thereto shall be determined by such Registrar, determine such rate of interest or redemption amount or make such calculation from time to time on the basis therein provided and take all such action as may to it seem reasonably incidental thereto including, without limitation, the notification of all rates and amounts so determined and the maintenance of all appropriate records. The Registrar shall make each Register and all such records available for inspection at all reasonable times by the relevant Issuer.
Cancellation and Records. 9.09 Computershare shall establish a central securities register (the “Register”) for, and enter therein the issue details of, each Series of Covered Bonds and maintain such Register in accordance with the Conditions applicable to such Series of Covered Bonds and any applicable regulations, including the First Schedule so as to show at all times in respect of the Covered Bonds:
