Common use of CANCELLATION BY THE PURCHASER Clause in Contracts

CANCELLATION BY THE PURCHASER. In the event the Purchaser opts to cancel this Agreement, then the Vendor shall be entitled to adjust, out of the receipts from the Purchaser till such time, an amount equal to 10% (ten percent) of the entirety of the amount paid by the Purchaser till the time of such calculation and refund the remainder to the Purchaser on or about 60 (sixty) days of such cancellation.

CANCELLATION BY THE PURCHASER. In the event the Purchaser opts to cancel this Agreement, then the Vendor shall be entitled to adjust, out of the receipts from the Purchaser till such time, adjust an amount equal to 10% (ten percent) of the entirety of the total amount paid by the Purchaser till the time of such calculation and refund the remainder to the Purchaser on or about 60 within 120 (sixtyone hundred and twenty) days of such cancellationcancellation without any interest thereon. Further, the Rates & Taxes, if any, paid by the Purchaser till such cancellation shall also not be refunded by the Vendor to the Purchaser.

In the event the Purchaser opts to cancel this Agreement, then the Vendor First Owner shall be entitled to adjust, out of the receipts from the Purchaser till such time, adjust an amount equal to 10% (ten percent) of the entirety of the amount paid by the Purchaser till the time of such calculation and refund the remainder to the Purchaser on or about 60 (sixty) days of such cancellation.the

CANCELLATION BY THE PURCHASER. In the event the Purchaser opts to cancel this Agreement, then the Vendor shall be entitled to adjust, out retain the amount of the receipts from the Purchaser till such time, an amount equal to 10% (ten percent) of the entirety of the amount paid by the Purchaser till the time of such calculation Xxxxxxx Money and refund the remainder to balance of the Purchaser on or about payments made by the Purchaser, if any, but without any interest thereon within 60 (sixty) days of such cancellation.
