Common use of Cancellation/Flexing Notice Clause in Contracts

Cancellation/Flexing Notice. The Hospital shall notify affected employees as soon as the need for cancellation/flexing is known to the Hospital. The Hospital shall call-off/flex employees at least two (2) hours prior to the commencement of their scheduled shift, if known. If the employee is not notified two (2) hours before the shift, the Employer shall pay Reporting Pay when the employee reports to work. Reporting Pay provisions of this Agreement shall apply.
