Common use of Cancellation for convenience Clause in Contracts

Cancellation for convenience. We reserve the right to cancel any Service: if there is no Fixed Term specified in your Application, at any time by giving you 30 days’ notice; if a Fixed Term is specified in your Application, (i) at any time after the end of the Fixed Term by giving you 30 days’ notice; or (ii) during the Fixed Term, if we have your consent; or (iii) during the Fixed Term, if we offer to migrate you to a reasonably comparable alternative service for the remainder of the Fixed Term and take reasonable steps to offset any more than minor detrimental effects of the migration caused by differences between the cancelled service and the alternative service we offer; if we reasonably determine that it is not technically or operationally feasible to supply the Service to you, at any time prior to the Service commencement date specified in Clause 3.4 by giving you notice.
