Common use of Cancellation of Offering Clause in Contracts

Cancellation of Offering. If the Company has not accepted Subscription Payments for a sufficient number of Investor Units on or before April 30, 2003, the Offering shall be canceled and all Subscription Payments received shall be promptly refunded to the subscribers; provided, however, that such date may be extended until April 30, 2004 in the sole and absolute discretion of the Manager.

Cancellation of Offering. If the Company has not accepted Subscription Payments for a sufficient number $100,000 of Investor Units on or before April 30December 31, 2003, 2006 the Offering shall be canceled and all Subscription Payments received shall be promptly refunded to the subscribers; provided, however, that such date may be extended until April 30, 2004 for an additional ninety (90) days in the sole and absolute discretion of the Manager.

Cancellation of Offering. If the Company has not accepted Subscription Payments Deposits for a sufficient number of Investor Units at least (MINIMUM UNITS) on or before April 30, 2003(FINAL DUE DATE), the Offering shall be canceled and all Subscription Payments received shall be promptly refunded to the subscribers; provided, however, that such date may be extended until April 30, 2004 for an additional ninety (90) days in the sole and absolute discretion of the Manager.

Cancellation of Offering. If the Company has not accepted ------------------------ Subscription Payments for a sufficient number of Investor Units on or before April November 30, 20032002, the Offering shall be canceled and all Subscription Payments received shall be promptly refunded to the subscribers; provided, however, that such date may be extended until April 30February 28, 2004 2003 in the sole and absolute discretion of the Manager.

Cancellation of Offering. If the Company has not accepted Subscription Payments for a sufficient number $100,000 of Investor Units on or before April 30December 1, 2003, 2008 the Offering shall be canceled and all Subscription Payments received shall be promptly refunded to the subscribers; provided, however, that such date may be extended until April 30, 2004 for an additional one-hundred-twenty (120) days in the sole and absolute discretion of the Manager.
