CANCELLATION OF THE CARD, SUSPENSION AND/OR CANCELLATION OF THE CREDIT FACILITY. 9.1 The Card will always remain Our property and without Us losing any right to any claim which We may have against You, We have the right to – 9.1.1 suspend the Card at any time if You are in default of this Agreement; or 9.1.2 demand the return of the Card, cancel or repeal the Card in the event that the Credit Facility is closed.
