We may. 23.7.1 assign any or all of our rights under this Agreement to any third parties; and
23.7.2 transfer (by novation or otherwise) all or any of our obligations under this Agreement to any person (a Transferee) provided that no transfer of our obligations will be effective until the Transferee has confirmed to you in writing that it is bound by the terms of this Agreement.
We may a. cancel this policy for non-payment of premium by giving you fifteen (15) days of written notice; or
b. non-renew this policy for any reason by giving you at least sixty (60) days, but not more than one hundred twenty (120) days, written notice to be effective at the next anniversary or the expiration date of the policy whichever is first.
We may. (a) include listing and sales information in databases of appropriate listing services, which we do not operate or control.
(b) keep and disclose listing, sales, and price information, which we or our brokerage representative may use for any business purpose, including making comparative analyses and sharing information with appraisers and other brokerages.
We may. 39.2.1 assign, transfer or novate this Agreement; and/or
39.2.2 transfer you as a customer, to any of our related bodies corporate or as part of the transfer of all or a substantial number of our customers to a third party, in which case we will notify you of the assignment, transfer or novation.
We may. (A) disclose information concerning you and your Data to third parties where we aggregate data to facilitate cross-industry analysis and comparisons; and
(B) (without limitation) use and/or disclose Confidential Information and Transaction Personal Data for preparing and furnishing compilations, analyses, and other reports of aggregated information and anonymised information,
We may. (a) limit the number of payment methods you may register; and
(b) limit the number of times you may change the registered payment method used to recharge your Service; and
(c) place a maximum or minimum credit limit on each transaction or on your Service.
We may. (a) cease Service Cover if you are late making your payments under this Agreement;
(b) demand additional charges for time and materials used for repairs carried out as a result of improper or incorrect use or operation of the Equipment or due to damage or theft (if you have not opted for ValueMax) or the use of consumables which in our opinion are incompatible with the Equipment;
(c) charge for work carried out outside of Normal Business Hours or for work which cannot conveniently be carried out on site.
We may. 12.4.1 cease Service Cover if you are late paying us; 12.
