Common use of Cancellation or Modification of Orders Clause in Contracts

Cancellation or Modification of Orders. Customer shall be obligated to purchase from Xxxxxxxx the quantities of the Goods specified in an Order. Cancellation or modification of all or part of any Order is subject to Xxxxxxxx’x prior written consent in each instance. If cancellation or modification is allowed, Xxxxxxxx agrees to pay to Xxxxxxxx all expenses incurred and damage sustained by Xxxxxxxx as a result of such cancellation or modification.
