Common use of Cancellation or Modification of Orders Clause in Contracts

Cancellation or Modification of Orders. Customer shall be obligated to purchase from WSECO the Services and Goods specified in an Order. Cancellation or modification of all or part of any Order is subject to WSECO’s prior written consent in each instance. If cancellation or modification is allowed, Customer agrees to pay to WSECO all expenses incurred, and damage sustained by WSECO as a result of such cancellation or modification.
