A number of different setups/arrangements with rented tables have been used for previous events, so your event needs will determine many of the details of your rental of the Museum. Chairs and tables as well as linens and dishes will need to be brought in by you. You may choose to rent these items from a local provider. The renter is permitted responsible for organizing the drop off and the pick-up of rented items the same night or by business opening next morning, upon approval ahead of time. Renter is responsible for making sure enough garbage bags and receptacles are provided. Xxxxxx is also responsible for disposing of all trash and recycling off site. You may be able to work this out with the catering company you choose to work with, but it is the renter’s responsibility to have a plan in place. If neighboring boat docks are applicable there PETS Up to one dog under 45 pounds (20 kg) is "NO TRESPASSING" on neighboring docks and do not cause or allow your boat to touch or damage neighboring. Tenant accepts responsibility for any and/or all damage to neighboring docks and/or penalties & fines for trespassing. are allowed. Most properties are accessed through a lock code in which the code will be revealed before your arrival. NONSMOKING UNIT Smoking and vaping are strictly prohibited. Your damage deposit will be forfeited and you will incur an additional charge for carpet cleaning and deodorizing if any evidence of unit,homesmoking or vaping is found. ENTRY BY OWNER Owner or owner's agents may enter the premises under the following circumstances: in case of an emergency; to make any necessary or agreed-upon repairs, lanaialterations, poolor improvements; supply necessary or agreed upon services or show the premises to prospective purchasers, and linensrenters, or contractors. The owner will provide the renter with at least 24- hour notice of the Owner's intent to enter (except in the case of an emergency).
