CANCELLATIONS BY LICENSEE PRIOR TO THE DESIGNATED LICENSE PERIOD. A. Licensee may cancel a reservation for a housing assignment by giving written notice to the SHRL at least thirty (30) days prior to the beginning of the designated license period. A request to cancel a License Agreement less than thirty (30) days prior to the beginning of the license period shall include Licensee's statement of reasons. The Director of Student Housing and Residential Life shall grant or deny the request based on the following standards with appropriate verification:
