Cancelled Classes. When enrollment drops below the required class size minimum and the class is cancelled, the names of the instructors of those class(es), and the subject areas they are qualified to teach, will be sent to all other continuing education sites within two (2) weeks of such cancellation. These instructors shall be considered prior to recommending the appointment of any new instructors at a given site.
Cancelled Classes. If Xxxxxx County cancels school, your dual credit/on track course is also cancelled. There may be times when your class is cancelled due to students participating in state assessments, WEHS and/or your dual credit/on track instructor will notify you of these times.

If classes are cancelled due to disasters or to protect the safety of the students and employees, faculty will receive additional pay up to two days for work on days not regularly scheduled. Additional necessary schedule changes will be made only after consultation with the Association.
Cancelled Classes. (a) Cancelled ACE classes – from 5 May 2022 tutors of classes that are cancelled because no students attend shall be paid for one hour only regardless of the normal duration of the class. If the tutor is notified at least twenty-four hours beforehand of the cancellation of the class, no payment will be made.
Cancelled Classes. Hourly part-time and full-time contract/regular unit faculty members teaching overload whose class is cancelled shall be compensated by the District for the actual in-class hours of instruction delivered worked. Faculty teaching online classes that are cancelled during the first week of class shall be paid for the number of hours the class was scheduled to meet online for that week.
