Tutors. Increase the minimum hourly rate to $9.25. Where a campus currently pays a higher rate than this minimum rate, such higher rate shall apply. In addition, Tutors who already are paid a higher rate shall receive the 1.5% increase as set forth in this article.
Tutors. 6.11.1 Tutors shall be paid at the rate of twenty-five dollars ($25.00) per hour without a provision for benefits.
6.11.2 Tutors shall be re-employable on an annual basis on limited contracts.
Tutors. Beginning in school year 1995/96, the contract year for tutors shall be 188 days.
Tutors. Time off, without loss of pay, shall be granted for the observance of any required religious holiday for those tutors who adhere to said religious faith.
Tutors. 1. 031 The term “tutors” as used in this Contract shall refer only to certificated/licensed staff classified as learning disabled, developmentally disabled, speech and hearing tutors and/or other certificated/licensed staff classified as regular tutors (working with at least one [1], but no more than six [6] students) who perform their services in Liberty Local School District Buildings. Certificated/licensed staff members who perform tutorial services outside the buildings of the Liberty Local School District (e.g., at a residence or hospital) (home instruction tutors) shall not be deemed included within this definition.
Tutors. No permanent bargaining unit member shall be laid off or have their hours of work reduced as a result of the use of tutors to perform bargaining unit work.
