NEW OR CHANGED JOBS The Company agrees to negotiate with the Union the rate of pay for any new or changed job prior to the rate being installed. However, if the parties fail to agree on the new rate, they shall install the new rate proposed by the Company and the Union shall have the right to grieve whether or not the rate is proper, based on its relationship to related or similar jobs presently in existence.
Changed Conditions When it is agreed that the completion of certain work or other requirements hereunder would no longer serve the purpose intended because of substantial change in the physical conditions of Sale Area or Included Timber since the date of this contract, the requirements shall be waived in writing. The estimated cost of such waived work or other requirement shall be charged to Timber Sale Account.
When Coverage May Be Changed or Cancelled a. Changes Due to a Life Event. After the initial enrollment period and outside of any open enrollment period an employee may elect to change health or dental coverage (including adding or canceling coverage) and any applicable employee contributions in the following situations (as long as allowed under the applicable provisions, regulations, and rules of the federal and state law in effect at the beginning of the plan year). The request to change coverage must be consistent with a change in status that qualifies as a life event, and does not include changing health or dental plans, which may only be done under the terms of Section E, Subd. 1, above. Any election to add coverage must be made within thirty (30) days following the event, and any election to cancel coverage must be made within sixty (60) days following the event. (An employee and a retired employee may add dependent health or dental coverage following the birth of a child or dependent grandchild, or following the adoption of a child, without regard to the thirty (30) day limit.) Survives Termination The Contractor’s confidentiality obligation under the Contract shall survive termination of the Contract.

Major Change (2) For a major change referred to in paragraph (1)(a):
Termination Due To Lack of Funds a. In the event funds to finance this Contract become unavailable, the Department may terminate the Contract upon no less than twenty-four (24) hours written notice to the Vendor. Said notice shall be delivered by certified mail, return receipt requested, or in person with proof of delivery. The Department shall be the final authority as to the availability of funds.
Performance Deficiency The Department or Customer may, in its sole discretion, notify the Contractor of the deficiency to be corrected, which correction must be made within a time-frame specified by the Department or Customer. The Contractor must provide the Department or Customer with a corrective action plan describing how the Contractor will address all issues of contract non-performance, unacceptable performance, and failure to meet the minimum performance levels, deliverable deficiencies, or contract non-compliance.
Termination/Changes We reserve the right, in our sole discretion, to discontinue the provision of your electronic Communications, or to terminate or change the terms and conditions on which we provide electronic Communications. We will provide you with notice of any such termination or change as required by law.
