Cancelling a Check Payment. You may cancel a single check payment as long as it has not been presented for payment by logging into Platform App or by emailing Synapse at xxxx@xxxxxxxxx.xxx. Funds from any cancelled check will be credited to your Account on the next available business day. Same-day payments (i.e., payments entered and initiated on the same date) cannot be modified or deleted.
