In consideration of City’s entering into this Agreement and authorizing development and operation of the Project, the requirements for City services created by the Project, the City ensuring Developers’ compliance with this Agreement, the California Cannabis Laws, the City Cannabis Law and the Applicable Law (as defined below), throughout the Term of this Agreement, Developers shall make the following payments to City:
