Canopies and Awnings. Canopies and awnings may be placed on the exterior facade of the Building only in the locations shown on Exhibit H-3 and as otherwise required by DUO. The Board of Managers shall be responsible for the installation, repair, maintenance and restoration of any such canopies or awnings and the costs associated therewith shall be shared by the Unit Owners in proportion to their respective Common Interests.
