Common use of Capacity of the Generating Facility Clause in Contracts

Capacity of the Generating Facility. 5.10.1 If the Interconnection Request is for an increase in capacity for an existing Generating Facility, the Interconnection Request shall be evaluated on the basis of the new total capacity of the Generating Facility. 5.10.2 If the Interconnection Request is for a Generating Facility that includes multiple energy production devices at a site for which the Interconnection Member seeks a single Point of Interconnection, the Interconnection Request shall be evaluated on the basis of the aggregate capacity of the multiple devices, unless otherwise agreed to by the Cooperative and the Interconnection Member. 5.10.3 The Interconnection Request shall be evaluated using the maximum rated capacity of the Generating Facility, unless otherwise agreed to by the Cooperative and the Interconnection Member.
