Common use of Capacity Planning Clause in Contracts

Capacity Planning. Subscriber will provide commercially reasonable prior written notice to Travelport of any event that may have an impact on the number of Messages accessing the Travelport System, including, but not limited to, new code or changes to existing code launched by Subscriber, Subscriber’s entrance into new markets, or Subscriber’s advertising/marketing campaigns. Both Parties agree to work together to help ensure that Subscriber’s code operates with the Travelport System in the most efficient way possible. The Parties acknowledge and agree that this Section is not intended to materially modify the manner in which Subscriber connects to and receives the Products and Services as of the Agreement Date. Travelport shall maintain sufficient capacity to accommodate reasonable fluctuations in demand and traffic.
