Common use of Capital & Coast District Health Board Clause in Contracts

Capital & Coast District Health Board. The parties recognise that both the employer and employees have legitimate interests in the ownership of copyright and other intellectual property rights which may be developed by employees in the course of their employment. The parties further agree that their respective interests will be reflected by their respective contributions to the development of those rights. Accordingly, they agree to share any material proceeds or other benefits arising from those rights in proportion to their respective contributions.
