The budget contained in the Business Plan is to be approved by the Board at the first Board meeting.

  • Director's Fees If the Executive is required, as a consequence of employment with the Company, to act as a Director of the Company or of a corporate member of the Group, the Executive will not receive any compensation in addition to the TRC.

  • Incentive Management Fee In addition to the Management Fee, RREM shall, on an annual basis, pay to Manager, an Incentive Management Fee equal to thirty percent (30%) of the actual income for each calendar year in excess of 110% of the budgeted income for such calendar year, not to exceed $7,500.

  • Capital Contributions Capital Accounts The capital contribution of the Sole Member is set forth on Annex A attached hereto. Except as required by applicable law, the Sole Member shall not at any time be required to make additional contributions of capital to the Company. The capital accounts of the members shall be adjusted for distributions and allocations made in accordance with Section 8.

  • Members Capital Contributions (a) Initial Capital Contribution. The initial Capital Contribution described on Schedule 1 (the “Property”) was made by the previous Member.
