Capital Contributions of New Limited Partners. The New Limited Partners shall contribute to the capital of the Partnership an amount equal to one hundred dollars ($100) for each Unit subscribed for by each such New Limited Partners, with a minimum subscription of twenty (20) Units per Limited Partner (including subscriptions from entities of which such limited partner is the sole beneficial owner). The total additional capital contributions of the New Limited Partners will not exceed $30,000,000.
