Common use of Capital Premises Works Clause in Contracts

Capital Premises Works. (a) If the Initial Business Plan and the Initial Operational Plan, or a Business Plan and Operational Plan (all as defined within the Sports and Leisure Management and Funding Agreement), and in either case approved pursuant to clause 7 of the Sports and Leisure Management and Funding Agreement includes Capital Premises Works, then the provisions of this clause shall apply.
