Capitalized Lease. A lease under which the discounted future rental payment obligations of the lessee or the obligor are required to be capitalized on the balance sheet of such Person in accordance with GAAP.
Capitalized Lease. A lease under which a Person is the lessee or obligor, the discounted future rental payment obligations under which are required to be capitalized on the balance sheet of the lessee or obligor in accordance with generally accepted accounting principles.
Capitalized Lease. As applied to any Person, any lease of any Property (whether real, personal or mixed) by that Person as lessee or obligor which, in accordance with generally accepted accounting principles, is required to be capitalized on the balance sheet of that Person. CERCLA. See §6.18(a).
Capitalized Lease. Any lease of (or other arrangement conveying the right to use) real or personal property, or a combination thereof, which obligations of the lessee or the obligor are required to be capitalized on the balance sheet of such Person in accordance with GAAP.

Capitalized Lease. Any lease of real property by a member of the Borrower Affiliated Group as lessee which is shown as a liability on the Consolidated balance sheet of the Borrower in accordance with GAAP.
Capitalized Lease. Subject to §1.2(l), a lease under which the discounted future rental payment obligations of the lessee or the obligor are required to be capitalized on the balance sheet of such Person in accordance with GAAP.
Capitalized Lease. With respect to the Borrower and its Subsidiaries, any lease of any property (whether real, personal or mixed) by such Persons as lessee that, in accordance with generally accepted accounting principles, either would be required to be classified and accounted for as a capital lease on a balance sheet of such Persons or otherwise be disclosed as such in a note to such balance sheet, other than, in the case of the Borrower or a Subsidiary of the Borrower, any such lease under which the Borrower or such Subsidiary is the lessor.
Capitalized Lease any Lease of property (real, personal or mixed) which, in accordance with Generally Accepted Accounting Principles, would be capitalized on the lessee’s balance sheet.
