Common use of Capitalized Lease Obligations Clause in Contracts

Capitalized Lease Obligations. Incur or permit to exist any Capitalized Lease Obligations if such Capitalized Lease Obligation when added to existing Capitalized Lease Obligations and Permitted Purchase Money Indebtedness of the Obligors and their Subsidiaries would exceed $1,000,000 aggregate.

Capitalized Lease Obligations. Incur or permit to exist any Capitalized Lease Obligations Obligation if such Capitalized Lease Obligation Obligation, when added to existing Capitalized Lease Obligations and Permitted Purchase Money Indebtedness of the Obligors and their Subsidiaries Indebtedness, would exceed $1,000,000 10,000,000 in the aggregate.
