Capitalized Lease Obligations. Notwithstanding anything to the contrary contained in Section 1.03(a), whether a lease shall be treated as operating lease and not a capital lease or finance lease will be determined in accordance with the principles set forth in the definition of Capitalized Lease Obligations.
