Carbon Dioxide and Nitrogen. The gas shall contain not more than three percent by volume of carbon dioxide, not more than four percent by volume of nitrogen, and shall contain not more than five percent by volume of combined non-hydrocarbon gases including, but not limited to, carbon dioxide, nitrogen and oxygen.
