Plant. The expression ‘Plant’ as used in the tender papers shall mean every temporary accessory necessary or considered necessary by the Engineer to execute, construct, complete and maintain the work and all altered, modified, substituted and additional works ordered in the time and the manner herein provided and all temporary materials and special and other articles and appliance of every sort kind and description whatsoever intended or used therefore.

Plant the items hired under a Task Order, being listed in the Appendix and any substitutions, replacements or renewals made in accordance with this contract and, if applicable, any Operator, where context allows. ELECTRICAL SYSTEM Understands electrical supply and one-line layout, and can rack breakers in and out. Can manually operate emergency generator and transfer switch. BLAC's Understands design and layout. Can safely start up and place on line without purity upset from a 1 BLAC to a 2 BLAC operation. Is completely knowledgeable on all compressor indications and their significance to the machine. Variances from normal are noted and acted upon. Has complete knowledge of all oil and cooling systems.

Plant. (a) The Company acknowledgesthe rightof the to appointor otherwiseselect, from the plant union membership, a Plant Committee composed of not more than three (3)stewards three (3) alternative one (1) to be assigned to each active shift.
