CARD EXPIRY. 8.1. The expiry date of your Card is printed on the front of the Card. 8.2. No Transactions will be processed once your Card has expired. 8.3. Shortly before the expiry of your Card or any additional Card on your Utility Warehouse Account, we will send you a replacement. Any amounts authorised on your Account prior to the expiry date of your Card which are not subsequently charged in full to your Account will be deducted in due course. The issue of a new Card will not affect any Cashback to which you are entitled. 8.4. If no replacement Card is issued on your Account, then this Agreement shall terminate on the date the last Card connected to your Account expires. In such circumstance you must contact Customer Services to request the return of any Available Balance. The funds will be available for you to redeem for a period of 6 years from the expiry date of this Agreement. After such time any unused funds will expire and will no longer be available to you. 8.5. We reserve the right not to issue you with a replacement Card if your expired Card has not been used in the eight weeks prior to the expiry date or if there is any money outstanding on your Utility Warehouse account, or if you are no longer a member of Utility Warehouse, or no longer have live services other than your CashBack Card.

6.3.1 If you opt to have your Card renewed, you’ll be issued a new Card (fees apply, see paragraph 11).
6.3.2 If you tell us you do not want your Card renewed we will close your Account on the expiry date. If there is an outstanding Available Balance on the Card at expiry, this will be sent to your registered address by cheque within 30 days of the closure of your Account.
6.3.3 If you do not reply to the e-mail, we’ll close your Account on the expiry date. Any outstanding Available Balance on the Card at expiry will remain yours for a period of six years from the expiry date. You can request a refund within these six years, at any money outstanding anytime by contacting us at xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx-xx@xxxxxxx.xxx or calling Customer Services (fees may apply see paragraph 11). We will not return any funds remaining on your Utility Warehouse account, or if you are no the Card longer a member than six years after expiry of Utility Warehouse, or no longer have live services other than your CashBack the Card.
