CARD FACILITY. 3.1 During its validity and subject to the terms and conditions of use herein set out as modified and stipulated by the Bank from time to time, the Card entitles the Cardmember to Credit Card facilities with the Bank within the Credit Line imposed by the Bank and subject to the expressed approval of the Bank.
