Card Fees. 1. An annual NON-REFUNDABLE membership fee for holding and operating the Card Account of the Card and any Supplementary Cards (“Annual Membership Fee”) will be charged to the Account, as specified in the Schedule of Fees and Charges. The Cardmember agrees to pay the Annual Membership Fee and authorizes AEME to debit it directly to the Cardmember’s Account. The Annual Membership Fee once paid will not be refunded to the Cardmember, in whole or in part.
