CARD MARKETING. Capital One will provide the Organization with tools and materials that it can use to market the Program to its Supporters (the “Capital One Provided Materials”). The Organization will provide Capital One with materials for use in the Card design, the Program Sites and for use in Marketing Materials (“Content”).
