Card Ownership; Limitations. Stripe owns each Card. If Stripe requests that you or a Stripe Issuing Accountholder return a Card, then you must return, or ensure that the Stripe Issuing Accountholder returns, that Card promptly to Stripe. Stripe may cancel, repossess or restrict the use of Cards at any time, and may decline to authorise or reverse any Card Transaction.

If Stripe requests that you or a Stripe Issuing Accountholder return a Card, then you must return, or ensure that the Stripe Issuing Accountholder returns, that Card promptly to Stripe or the applicable Issuing Bank as Stripe instructs. Stripe or the applicable Issuing Bank may cancel, repossess or restrict the use of Cards at any time, and may decline to authorize or reverse any Card Transaction, according to the Issuing Bank Terms.

  • Membership List The District will provide to the Federation no later than the third week of each semester a membership list of all employees in the unit. The list will include names, home addresses, work location, classification, phone numbers (if any), and whether the employee has elected to be a member of the Federation or agency fee payer.

  • Use Limitations Your license is solely for the purposes of creating, presenting, hosting, analyzing, viewing and delivering Events (as defined below) to Authorized Users, subject to any limitation of Seats (as defined below) specified in the Order Form. “Event” means a single live broadcast event transmitted over the SaaS Service created and/or sponsored in whole or substantial part by Customer or Customer’s employees that is branded under Customer’s name. The term “Events” shall include both live and archived Events. “Seat” means each Authorized User served by a stream of digitally encoded data that delivers an Event to such Authorized User in the SaaS Service and shall include an Authorized User’s access to live Events and archived Events but does not include an access to a downloaded archived Event. A limitation on a number of Seats limits the number of unique Authorized Users of the Service.
