Common use of Card Renewal and Replacement Clause in Contracts

Card Renewal and Replacement. A renewal Card will be issued before the expiration date indicated on the Card. Renewal and replacement Cards will continue to be sent to a Cardholder at the most current business address Royal Bank has on file for such Cardholders and in this way until the Customer advises Royal Bank to stop, provided the Cardholder Account is active and in good standing.
