Common use of Cardholder’s Liability Clause in Contracts

Cardholder’s Liability. 5.1 The Cardholder is liable for all Card Transactions and all costs and expenses (including without limitation legal fees and costs of engaging debt collection agents) that we reasonably incur in enforcing this Agreement and/or recovering any sum owed by the Cardholder to us that we may debit to the Card Account, irrespective of whether the Credit Limit and/or Combined Credit Limit is/are exceeded and/or whether any sales, balance transfer or cash advance vouchers are signed by the Cardholder, without prejudice to our rights under other provisions of this Agreement.
