Common use of Cardinal Health Clause in Contracts

Cardinal Health. Cardinal Health represents and warrants to Client that, unless otherwise agreed to by the Parties, Cardinal Health shall perform Services in accordance with this Agreement, the Operating Guidelines, and applicable law within the Territory.
