Refugee Bursaries A number of targeted bursaries, of up to £1,000 per year, will be available for new and continuing undergraduate students who were in local authority care prior to starting their university course and/or who have refugee status, or who are dependants of refugees. These students may well have overcome significant barriers to gain a place at university and could have less practical and financial family support to fall back on.
