Care of Licensed Premises. Licensee, at Licensee’s expense, shall at all times keep the Licensed Premises orderly, neat, safe, clean and free from rubbish and dirt and vermin and shall collect and store all trash, garbage and other solid waste in secure containers and promptly remove such trash, garbage, and other solid waste from the Licensed Premises. Licensee shall not use or permit the use of any portion of the Licensed Premises as sleeping quarters, lodging rooms, or for any unlawful purposes. Licensee shall not in any way injure, damage, mar or deface the Licensed Premises or any fixtures or equipment on the Licensed Premises. Licensee shall not commit any nuisance or knowingly do or permit anything to be done which may result in the creation or commission of a nuisance. Licensee shall not cause or permit any harmful, noxious or hazardous thing or substance to be used, stored, placed upon, generated on, or transported to and from the Licensed Premises.
Care of Licensed Premises. (a) Licensee shall not conduct within the Licensed Premises any "fire", "bankruptcy", "going-out-of-business," "lost-our-License," "fifty percent off" or similar sales within the Licensed Premises.
