Common use of Care of Personal Devices Clause in Contracts

Care of Personal Devices. Students are responsible for the care and use of their personal devices while on the Maryvale Preparatory School campus. Personal devices that become unusable due to damage or defect must be repaired or replaced in a timely manner so as not to disrupt the educational process of the student. All students are required to bring a personal device to class. If the student cannot bring her device to class for any reason, a written explanation from a parent/guardian must be given to the teacher and administration.
