Common use of Care of Premises and Equipment Clause in Contracts

Care of Premises and Equipment. Lessee shall take good care of the Premises, fixtures, appurtenances, and Equipment therein, and shall, in the use and occupancy of the Premises and Equipment, conform to all laws, orders, and regulations of the Federal, State and local governments or any other departments having jurisdiction concerning the Premises and Equipment.
