Common use of Care of Property Clause in Contracts

Care of Property. Mortgagor shall take good care of the Property; shall keep the Buildings and Personal Property now or later placed upon the Property in good and reasonable repair and shall not injure, destroy, or remove either the Buildings or Personal Property during the term of this Mortgage. Mortgagor shall not make any material alteration to the Property without the prior written consent of Mortgagee.

Mortgagor shall not make materially remove, demolish, alter or change the use of any material alteration to building, structure or other improvement presently or hereafter on the Property Land owned by Mortgagor without the prior written consent of Mortgagee. Mortgagor shall not permit, commit or suffer any waste, impairment or deterioration of the Mortgaged Property or to any part thereof.
