CAREER OPPORTUNITIES. Any business opportunities related to the business of the Company and its affiliates which become known to the Employee during his/her employment with the Company must be fully disclosed and made available to the Company by the Employee. The Employee agrees not to take or attempt to take any action if the result will be to divert from the Company any opportunity which is within the scope of the Company's business or that of its affiliates.
