Carrier Liability Notice to Passengers. The Carrier will notify the Charterer (including all its passengers) by separate notice under Annex 1 to these General Conditions of Carriage with a non- exhaustive summary of the liability applicable to the Carrier. Referenced Annex 1 will also be available for consultation on the website of the Carrier (xxx.xxxxxxxx.xx), and will be forwarded by the Carrier to the Charterer by e-mail together with the Agreement and these General Conditions of Carriage. The Charterer will circumvent and communicate the same to all passengers of the flight(s) to be performed under the Agreement.
