Carry-Over Provision. Employees are only permitted to carry-over those vacation leave credits which can be earned in one vacation year except where the Employee has not been granted the vacation leave requested by the Employee. All vacation leave carried over to the following fiscal year must be taken prior to the end of the fiscal year into which it is carried over.
