Case Load Limits. Attorney, having knowledge of the case load limits set forth in the Washington State Standards for Indigent Defense and after consideration of the requirement to reduce the maximum number of indigent defense cases he or she will accept based upon privately retained clients and other contracts for legal work - including other indigent defense services, hereby agrees to accept no more cases than is allowable under the Washington State standards for indigent defense.
