Caseload Variance. Provided that District Defender may do so without diminishing the quality of Representational Services being delivered to Eligible Clients in the District, District Defender, through his or her district public defender’s office, agrees to handle cases under this Contract that exceed the LPDB-approved caseload levels by up to the following percentages:
