Common use of Cash Bonuses Clause in Contracts

Cash Bonuses. In the event that Employee shall be employed by the Employer on September 1, 2000, Employee shall be entitled to a one-time cash bonus of $16,598. In addition, for each calendar year during the Employment Period, at the discretion of the Chief Executive Officer, Employee shall be entitled to participate in any annual bonus plan of the Employer and to receive an annual performance bonus from the Employer in accordance with the terms thereof.
