Common use of Cash Bonuses Clause in Contracts

Cash Bonuses. In addition to the Base Salary provided for in sections 4.1 and 4.2, Employee is eligible to receive bonuses based on Employer performance and Employee's attainment of objectives periodically established by Employer. Annual bonuses to be provided to Employee shall not exceed thirty-five percent (35%) of Employee's Base Salary then in effect in any given year.
